【記者簡玲穎台北報導】傳醫界人士憂心因兩岸情勢低迷，台灣今年恐無法受邀參加世界衛生大會（WHA），外交部12日對此表示，今年仍將全力爭取支持，盼持續以務實、有意義的方式參與並做出貢獻。

有媒體引述台灣醫界聯盟基金會執行長林世嘉說，今年台灣無法如期出席WHA，「已是圈內普遍看法」；去年世界衛生組織（WHO）給台灣的邀請函中加註「一中原則」框架，已可看出中共的小動作。

對此，外交部回應說，2017年世界衛生大會（WHA）預計將在5月22日至31日召開，WHO秘書處按例於3月間陸續寄發WHA邀請函。外交部指出，今年台灣仍將全力爭取友邦及理念相近國家支持，盼能再度受邀出席WHA。2017/2/12
